Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about products, customization, ordering and after-sales service.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are Shanghai Xinzhizuo Hardware Tools Co., Ltd., the manufacturer behind RTX Bag. Our production line is located at No. 8 Chaofu Road, Songjiang District, Shanghai. We focus on tool bags, industrial storage bags and protective carry solutions, serving both our own product line and OEM/ODM projects for overseas brands and distributors.

Is the RTX brand related to NVIDIA graphics cards?

No. RTX is our registered trademark in the tool-bag and protective-bag category, with registrations in China and Japan. We are not related to graphics-card manufacturers. Our business is tool bags, industrial storage bags and protective cases for precision equipment.

What types of bags do you mainly produce?

Our range includes tool waist pouches, open-top totes, tool backpacks, bucket bags, electrician and carpenter bags, emergency rescue bags, belt and strap systems, holsters, aprons, garden tool bags and specialty-material products. If you share the work scenario or target market, we can recommend a suitable structure.

What bag sizes can you make?

We can make products ranging from small waist pouches to large high-altitude bucket bags. Size is usually decided by function rather than by simple scaling. For example, high-altitude bags need proper suspension points, load balance and center-of-gravity control. Please share the use case so we can suggest practical dimensions.

What fabrics do your tool bags normally use? Can they be waterproof or flame-retardant?

Most standard models use polyester oxford or nylon, selected according to the working environment. Waterproof, flame-retardant, abrasion-resistant and other treatments can be added when required. Specialty products can also use materials such as DuPont fabrics or washable kraft paper. Material details and test information can be discussed during the inquiry stage.

You mention experience manufacturing precision-equipment instrument bags. How do they differ from ordinary tool bags?

The main difference is the protection system inside the bag. Standard tool bags focus on storage and access, while precision-equipment bags may need shaped cushioning inserts, ESD anti-static layers, shock absorption and, in some cases, temperature or humidity isolation. We can prototype around your equipment dimensions.

Can you make graphics-card transport bags?

Yes. Graphics-card transport bags belong to our precision-equipment protection work. They need to reduce PCB bending, connector wear, fan impact and electrostatic risk. We can design EVA insert grooves around the card dimensions and combine them with anti-static materials and outer cushioning. A model number or dimensional drawing helps us evaluate the sample.

Do you accept OEM/ODM? What is the MOQ?

Yes. For changes based on existing patterns, such as fabric, color or logo method, the MOQ is usually lower. New structures, new patterns or custom inserts require a higher MOQ because they involve development work. The exact quantity depends on product complexity, so please send your requirement or draft for evaluation.

How are sampling lead time and costs calculated?

Minor changes based on existing patterns usually take 3 to 7 working days. New developments normally take 7 to 15 working days, depending on pattern making, materials and inserts. Sample fees are calculated according to the actual work involved and may be refunded after a bulk order is placed.

Can you produce according to our design drawings?

Yes. We can work from design drawings, physical samples or CAD dimensions. It is helpful to include the target market and usage habits. For example, some markets prefer wider shoulder straps and heavier padding, while others prefer compact storage and lighter structures. These details affect the compartment layout and carrying system.
